Cotswold Line – February 2011 Update

February 14, 2011 By Paul Cunningham

Dear All,

Work on the upgrade of the Cotswold line is progressing well, with the first few miles of double track now in place. The project reaches completion at the end of this summer, by which time 20 miles of double track will have been laid.

To allow us to finish the job, bus replacement services will operate on parts of the railway for two short periods this summer.

Full details are available in the attached newsletter, I hope it makes interesting reading.
