Benita Johnson

Benita Johnson is an unsigned singer-songwriter with several years of writing, recording and performance behind her. She has supported the likes of Hugh Cornwell (The Stranglers), Boo Hewerdine andPatrick Duff (Strangelove) and performed on stages at large and small festivals, pubs, restaurants, theatres and dedicated music venues across England and beyond.

Her songs are dynamic and accessible. At times you could hear a pin drop as she spellbinds her audience with some soulful reverie. The next thing you know you’ll be pinned to the back wall or hanging onto tent pegs with the sheer power of her vocal delivery. www.benitajohnson.co.uk/

Mark Pidgeon is an Oxfordshire based singer-songwriter whose thought provoking songs have made people sit up and take notice wherever he has played. He draws from his own life experiences and from what is happening in the world around him and puts his thoughts into his own style which has its roots in Americana and Modern Folk music. Similar in style to the likes of Steve Knightly, Steve Earle, Bruce Springsteen and Martyn Joseph, Mark is not afraid to put his thoughts down in song. He is just as happy doing his own material or rousing covers.
