Ascott-u-Wychwood 5 & 10k Charity Run 2018

Starting in the beautiful Evenlode Valley, both runs are multi terrain, the 10k is a very challenging hilly course for runners aged 15 and over, the 5k is pleasantly undulating and suitable for runners and walkers of all ages. Neither course is suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
Car parking, changing & shower facilities, refreshments and prizes.
Medals awarded to first 100 10k & 50 5k finishers
Entry fees:
- 10k £12 in advance, £14 on the day (minimum age 15)
- 5k – £6 in advance, £7 on the day
Entries will be accepted on the day between 9am & 10am
Proceeds this year will be used towards the cost of buying a defibrillator.

As in 2017, Barry Cornelius plans to take photographs of the 10K for publication on his website www.oxonraces.com and for possible use by the press. You will be able to download his photos free of charge. If you do not wish your image to appear as a significant part of any photograph that he publishes on the web or provides to the press, you should put a large thick red cross across your race number. If you are under 18, please ensure that your parent/carer is happy for photos of you taken at the race to be published on the web. If you or your parent/carer do not wish photos of you to be published on the web, please add a large thick red cross to your race number. Red markers will be provided at the Race HQ for this purpose.
