6. Annual Parish Meeting
The Clerk was asked to check the availability for the Tiddy Hall for the week commencing 22 May, ideally not the Tuesday or Wednesday.
7. Reports from County and District Councillors
CCllr Leffman reported that the 20mph scheme was moving forward and that the Wychwoods could possibly have this implemented at the same time. She reported on potholes and due to the weather conditions, the repairs were being delayed coupled with the reduction in government funding.

Cost of Living – Ascott PC and Milton PC were waiting for Shipton PC to confirm a date and time to meet.
Coronation – Cllr Russell reported that preparations were underway with a number of games and activities planned. She did report that volunteers were still needed.

(e) Network Rail Community Rail Licence – Cllr Leach reported that the PC were now waiting for Network Rail to send the signed paperwork back.

14. Community Emergency Plan
Cllr Leach asked the Clerk to record the PC’s thanks and gratitude to Cllr Ravenhill, Mark Pidgeon and Robin Walker for helping with erecting the warning signs and closing the road during the recent flooding. Cllr Leach would set a date to go through the equipment.

Cllr Russell reported on the option to become a Super User on Fix my street. She would look in to this further and report back.
