FATEA Magazine

Johnny Coppin is a singer/songwriter and member of the band Decameron. His solo albums include the latest one ‘River of Dreams’, plus ’30 Songs’, ‘Borderland’, ‘The Winding Stair’, ‘The Gloucestershire Collection’, and ‘Edge of Day’ with Laurie Lee. His clear voice and his ability to write fine songs make his music essentially English in character whilst having universal appeal.  Johnny has supported Gerry Rafferty, Jasper Carrott and The Albion Band on tour and has appeared at various British festivals.

Paul Burgess on violin, recorders, and stories. A member of the Old Swan Band, and a leading exponent of the English-style of fiddle playing. He has played in a wide range of groups and orchestras including the John Kirkpatrick Band, and in TV productions of “Far From the Madding Crowd” and “Wives and Daughters”.

Dik Cadbury on guitars, is best known as bassist/vocalist with Decameron and Steve Hackett. He’s worked with many artists including Mike D’Abo and Steve Ashley and now performs both as a solo artist and in The Julie July Band and the duo Cadbury-Hicks.
