Dear Resident
Following a successful bid to Sport England we have been awarded funding to install a surface water drainage system to improve the usability of the sports field. So far there has been a focused circulation of the proposal, in the main to residents of High Street who live near to the site.
In order to offer the maximum consultation and for all residents to fully acquaint themselves with the details of the scheme and raise any issues they may have, the Parish Council has decided to hold an open meeting. This will take place in the Sports Pavilion at 6pm on Thursday 3rd September. Professionals who have been involved in the design and quality assurance of the proposals will be in attendance to outline the details and respond to questions.
